• Notarize Application (G License & CWP)
• Complete require hours to complete course
• Complete examination
• Complete the Finger printing process
• Receive Certificate
• Take a Passport Picture
• Make a money order Division of Licensing
• Make a money order for $25.00 for Administrative Fees & Processing
• Physical by Medical Doctor (G License ONLY)
• 3 Months of Bills – Proof of Residency (G License ONLY)
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport (G License ONLY)
